Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to NearbySignal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them for yourself and, when applicable, your business.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and have authority to act for every business you add. Keep credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Private-preview access may require approval.
Your data and permissions
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant NearbySignal a limited right to process it only as needed to operate and secure the service. You must have permission to provide business facts and connect third-party accounts.
Connected services
Third-party services, including Google Business Profile, have separate terms and availability. You control whether to connect them and may revoke access. NearbySignal is not responsible for changes or interruptions made by those providers.
Acceptable use
You may not access another customer's data, bypass security, submit unlawful or deceptive content, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected portions, or use unapproved automated access.
Analysis limitations
NearbySignal provides evidence-based observations and recommendations, not guarantees. Results may be incomplete or change as external systems change. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, bookings, revenue, or inclusion in AI-generated answers.
Availability and termination
We may change or discontinue preview features and may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to necessary legal and security retention.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. NearbySignal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
